This policy

This is the public Privacy Policy for Tripo websites, apps, and related services, effective 5 February 2025. Extra notices may apply to a specific product. If your data is processed for an enterprise customer, write to that customer first.

What we collect

You provide contact, demographic, and profile data; messages and support tickets; orders and payment details; marketing preferences; photos, videos, and other content you upload; and metadata such as timestamps and location on that content.

The service also records device data (OS, browser, IP, identifiers, general location), pages and clicks, and how you engage with emails.

How we use it

We use this information to operate and improve Tripo, remember preferences, keep your profile, run security such as MFA, and send service notices.

We also use it to meet legal duties, enforce the terms, and prevent fraud or illegal use. In some cases we ask before we collect, use, or share personal information.

How we share it

We share information with service providers who host, support, or analyse the service; with Stripe for payment data; with business partners for joint events, offerings, or marketing; with authorities when a valid legal request or duty requires it; and in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. Other users see a profile or content only if you make it public.

Your choices

Update your details by signing in. Unsubscribe from marketing mail from the link in the message, or write to us. Use your browser settings, or the site preferences tool, to limit non-essential cookies.

Safeguards

We use encryption of sensitive data, role-based access, and regular audits and penetration tests. No system is completely secure.

Information may be processed outside your country. Standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards apply. The service is not for anyone under 13. Information collected from a child by mistake is deleted.

Material updates are sent by email or shown in the service. Continued use after a post means you accept the new text.
