01The premise
Every civilization has been limited by what it could make. A child imagines a castle; an architect draws a city that cannot be built. We are removing that limit.
It has to be generable from any input, run under physical rules, and persist between visits. So far every world model has managed one of the three at a time.

You cannot build a world without first understanding what a thing is. Three years on that question produced Tripo. Eden is the next one.

The most widely used general-purpose 3D generation model. Four releases — TripoSR, TripoSG, TripoFlux, Tripo P1.0 — each one a new benchmark. Twenty million creators, and the largest high-quality native 3D dataset assembled so far. Depth estimation, camera understanding, geometric reasoning, multi-view consistency: everything Eden needs, Tripo already had to solve.

Step 22026 — Present
A world model: somewhere that exists before you enter and continues after you leave. Generable from any input, running under physical rules, persistent across visits and across the people in it. The bet is that world state and rendering have to be separated, so the world keeps running whether or not a camera is pointed at it.

The open years
Three open-source seasons, thirty-plus projects: TripoSG, TripoFlux, UniRig, HoloPart, AniGen, TripoSplat. UniRig becomes the global benchmark for automatic 3D rigging. Community reaches 6.5M.
2024
Twenty million creators
Tripo reaches 20M creators worldwide. Ecosystem partnerships with Alibaba, Tencent, ByteDance, NetEase, Bambu Lab, SAIC and Kujiale. TripoSR — co-released with Stability AI — compresses single-image 3D generation to half a second.
